By downloading, installing, or using the Anahad mobile application ("App") or accessing our website at anahad.space ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Anahad provides a meditation and spiritual wellness platform offering guided meditations, mantras, saadhnas, puja information, and related spiritual content. Our services include:
- Guided meditation sessions (Vedic, Tantra, and other traditional techniques)
- Mantra saadhnas and chanting practices
- Streak tracking and achievement systems
- Puja feed with auspicious timing and instructions
- Personalized meditation recommendations
- Premium subscription features
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our App, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.
6. Subscription and Payments
Some features of Anahad require a paid subscription. By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account settings
- Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Prices may change with reasonable notice to subscribers
Cancellation Instructions (iOS)
- Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Anahad > Cancel Subscription
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
Refund Policy
- All sales are final
- Refund requests can be submitted to Apple within 90 days of purchase
- Apple determines refund eligibility based on their policies

7. Health Disclaimer
Important: Anahad provides meditation and spiritual wellness content for informational and educational purposes only. Our services are not intended to:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition

- Substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any meditation practice, especially if you have any mental health conditions, are pregnant, or have any medical concerns. If you experience any adverse effects during meditation, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
8. Spiritual Content Disclaimer
The spiritual and religious content provided through Anahad—including mantras, saadhnas, pujas, and related practices—is presented for educational and spiritual growth purposes. Individual experiences may vary. We respect all spiritual traditions and encourage users to practice discernment and follow their own spiritual path.

Our App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (such as Google Sign-In, payment processors, or analytics services). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anahad and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
